In ESMEXIL: Coffea Arabica – Much More Than a Stimulant

Coffea Arabica – Mental Clarity and Natural Energy

ESMEXIL naturally includes active ingredients derived from the Coffea Arabica plant. Commonly known as Arabica coffee, this species is the most widely cultivated coffee variety in the world and accounts for about 61% of global coffee production. Originating from the highlands of Ethiopia, Coffea Arabica was domesticated in Yemen in the 7th century and later spread to the Arab region and across the globe. Today, millions of people appreciate the smooth and aromatic taste of Arabica coffee.

Arabic Coffee: Traditional Use and Scientific Research

The polyphenols found in coffee may help neutralize free radicals, thereby reducing oxidative stress.¹Caffeine is known for its stimulating effects on the central nervous system. By blocking the neurotransmitter adenosine, it may increase neuronal activity and promote the release of dopamine and norepinephrine. This can help support mental performance.²

Scientifically Supported Effects of Coffea Arabica

Antioxidant Activity: Polyphenols may contribute to reducing oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals.

Anti-Inflammatory Effect: Studies have shown that coffee consumption may reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines.³

Neurotransmitter Support: Caffeine may support the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine, enhancing mental alertness.⁴

Recommended Intake and Daily Use

Research suggests that moderate coffee consumption (2–3 cups per day) may be associated with positive effects on general health.⁵ However, individual tolerance may vary, so it is recommended to assess based on personal needs.

Why Is Coffea Arabica Included in ESMEXIL?

AYE Exocure selected Coffea Arabica as one of the three core botanical sources in the ESMEXIL formulation. This decision is based on the plant’s antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cognitive performance-supporting effects demonstrated in scientific studies. Coffea Arabica extracts are used in the form of plant-based purified extracts with particle sizes below 200 nanometers, enhancing their bioavailability potential.⁶
