NanoExtract Technology
Most traditional plant-based dietary supplements are composed of botanical extracts combined with excipients. However, these particles—typically measuring 1,500–2,000 nanometers—may struggle to pass through the body’s complex protective barriers. In particular, the blood-brain barrier, which safeguards our brain, often prevents such large molecules from crossing. As a result, many plant-based products may lose their effectiveness before delivering their valuable components to the intended target areas.
To help overcome this limitation, AYE Exocure scientists developed NanoExtract Technology. After more than four years of rigorous R&D, they refined and downsized plant extracts through specialized purification and size-reduction processes, achieving structures smaller than 200 nanometers. This breakthrough represents a significant difference compared to conventional products.
At this scale, the particles may be able to pass through the blood-brain barrier. While larger particles often fail to cross, structures under 200 nanometers hold the potential to reach target regions more effectively.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology
At the core of AYE Exocure’s R&D vision, AYE Exocure Advanced Manufacturing Technology focuses on transforming plant-derived extracts through advanced purification and size-reduction processes into sub-200 nm particles. These particles preserve their natural architecture, are evaluated for compatibility, and feature double-layer lipid-membrane structures.
Thanks to this technology, the components found in botanical extracts are not only reduced in size; they are also:
-
Stabilized in ways that may help them cross the blood–brain barrier (BBB).
-
Potentially enabled to interact with target sites without carrier systems.
-
Supported for alignment with cellular-level processes.
-
Kept free from additives and maintained in a natural form, which may help broaden safe use contexts.
These advanced structures may also contribute to supporting cell-to-cell communication in ways comparable to the body’s natural carrier systems. Findings in the scientific literature indicate that such structures may help maintain balance in processes associated with oxidative stress and support renewal mechanisms.
Conventional botanical extracts can face limitations such as breakdown in the digestive tract, restricted uptake, and limited interaction. AYE Exocure Advanced Manufacturing Technology may help address these constraints. In this way, it may:
-
Support effectiveness at lower amounts,
-
Contribute to earlier onset of interaction,
-
Help enhance access to target sites.
Used across all AYE Exocure formulations, this technology is not merely a production model; it is also an expression of scientific responsibility and innovation that respects nature.

Toxicology Studies
At AYE Exocure, our priority in developing formulations is not only functional support, but also achieving a high level of toxicological safety. In this context, toxicological assessments for all our products have been conducted in line with EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) criteria.
To date, the ingredients Coffea arabica, Panax ginseng, and Ginkgo biloba have been scientifically evaluated in collaboration with İstinye University under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Semra Sardaş, the Turkey Representative of the European Toxicology Society. Across these comprehensive examinations, no toxic effects were identified for these botanical ingredients, and the formulation’s potential for safe use has been documented in scientific reports (under the conditions of the studies conducted).
In addition, toxicity tests performed at Kobay Experimental Animals Laboratory Inc., based on EMA and FDA standards, revealed no adverse findings.
These results not only support the reliability of the current formulation on an international scale, but also indicate the potential of AYE Exocure Advanced Manufacturing Technology to be explored with different botanical ingredients in new application areas.
